Delivery pump units
Beinlich self-priming delivery pump units consist of external gear pumps which are made from standard materials 0.7050 (housing) / 1.8550 (shafts and gears) and FKM (static seals). They are especially suitable for the low pressure range and can convey almost every low viscosity media as well as uncritical media without fillers which are compatible to the materials used.
The engine power of the 4 pole asynchronous three-phase motor is sufficiently assessed for achieving differential pressures of up to 40 bar. Additionally, delivery pump units are available within a short delivery time, thanks to standardised units.

High pressure pumps
The TR / TRG radial piston pump was designed for the high pressure range up to 700 bar and for uncritical, clear media. The pump is available in different versions. Moreover, Beinlich offers the product series TRD/TRGD with coated pistons for poorly and non-lubricating media. Additionally, various seals can be assembled to meet the different requirements (triple shaft seal with block chamber, mechanical seal with block chamber or magnetic coupling).
